shallow water eGRESS trainer - swet
A SWET is an egress training device that is specifically designed to help one prepare for HUET training. It is used to safely introduce participants to being inverted underwater in a shallow pool.
During shallow water egress training, participants are buckled into the seat and manually flipped 180 degrees by instructors.
Having instructors in the training centre pool manually operating the SWET allows them to adjust the training exercises should the participant feel stressed.
